Pradeep Parappil is a technology executive with over two decades of experience building enterprise software products and AI-driven ventures. He spent more than 16 years at Microsoft, leading global teams across Operating Systems, Windows, Windows Phone, and Live managing programs across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

After Microsoft, he co-founded Megdap Innovation Labs, an AI and language technology company, where he served as CTO and drove the development of data pipelines for ML training in speech recognition and machine translation. Megdap went on to raise funding from JioGenNext and GenNext Ventures a rare validation for a technical founder operating outside the usual startup corridors.

At CogitX, Pradeep leads the company's strategic direction and product vision, applying his rare combination of big-tech execution experience and first-generation startup instincts to the challenge of making enterprise AI safe, governed, and genuinely useful. He holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering from PICT, Pune and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau one of the world's leading business schools. He has also completed the Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program at the Wharton School.
