Meghashyam Karanam is a veteran enterprise technology and business development leader with over 22 years of experience. He spent 11 years at Microsoft India in senior marketing and business development roles, driving localisation strategy and go-to-market programs across Windows, Office, and other product lines for the Indian market. After Microsoft, he co-founded Megdap Innovation Labs an AI language technology company where he served as CEO and built the company through multiple funding rounds with backers including JioGenNext and GenNext Ventures.

Beyond his commercial work, Meghashyam co-founded Siddhi Foundation, an NGO focused on improving literacy in rural India a commitment that reflects his belief that technology and inclusion go hand in hand.
