Who we are
We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and behavioral design nerds — united by a deep curiosity about how technology, math, and design shape the way people live and work. Many of us come from Microsoft and Mu Sigma, where first-principle thinking and innovation are part of the DNA. We come from different backgrounds, but we’re all drawn to the same pursuit: crafting ideas that sound wild at first — and feel inevitable in hindsight.
Products we needed ourselves
We didn’t start CogitX to chase trends — we built it because we needed better tools ourselves. Every agent, product, and workflow began as something we built for our own use — to streamline our work, support smarter decisions, or enhance how we collaborate. That’s why we say we’re a “dogfood company” — we live with the tools we build, long before our customers do. And only when it works for us, we do offer it to the world.
DNA
At CogitX, we don’t separate work, fitness, learning, or life — it all blends into a single state of flow. We’re a fitness-first company — not just in name, but in how we operate. Strategy sessions are often followed by a round of badminton. Mornings start with movement and coffee. Ideas are sharpened by books, reps, and real conversations. Passion and discipline guide everything we do — whether it’s building a product or hitting a personal best.
