Agent Management

What is Agent Management?

Agent management covers everything that happens after an agent goes live: tracking its performance, handling version updates, setting access controls, reviewing logs, and making sure it continues to behave correctly as conditions change.

Why does it become critical at scale?

Running one agent is manageable. Running dozens across multiple functions and business units requires a dedicated management platform with dashboards, alerting, and role-based controls — otherwise things break silently and accountability disappears. At enterprise scale, agent management is not optional.
